6. When the processing of a background check is completed and approved, applicants can pay for the next step (Pet screening, Credit/Criminal/Eviction, etc.).
7. Background checks done outside of Moore Property Solutions will not be accepted.
8. If all background checks come back as approved, there will be an invitation to meet to go over the lease.
9. Meet and Greet and pet approval.
10. Authorization to make payments and setup software will be given.
11. If all parties are in agreement with the expectations and desire to sign the lease a link will be sent at that meeting to sign and make payment via payment processor and software provided by Moore Property Solutions.
12. The lease will be signed virtually by every occupant 18 years of age and older.
13. We suspend processing all other applications and background checks once the lease is signed by all parties in the lease.
14. Payment of money needed at signing is due in our account within 48 hours, of signing the lease. If payment is not received within that time frame, the lease can be voided due to nonpayment.
15. It is suggested that the tenant(s) call and begin the process of placing utilities in their name. The start of the utilities should be on or after the day of possession.
16. The first month's full lease payment (including Pet Rent) is due before taking possession of the unit. If payment is not made before the date of possession, the money due at lease signing will be forfeited to compensate for lost rent and administration.
17. Move in on the date of possession or there after.
18. Inspection report is due within three days.
