• Online Application Form  - $20 to apply and start Housing and Employment Checks.
• Petscreening.com Verification is completed by every applicant, whether there are pets or not. If an applicant does not have a cat or dog, the screening is free.  If the applicant has a dog or cat, the cost is $25 per pet. Cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered.
